Acceleronix SimpiBeta Program
Dear Participant,
Thank you for joining the Acceleronix SimpiBeta Program.
This agreement explains how the program works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask from you in return.
1. Purpose
The Beta Program is designed to let you use our products after this training while helping us test and improve them together.
2. What's included
The Beta Program covers a range of our hardware, software, and services, including:
- Acceleronix SIMPLIKIT EVK
- Acceleronix IoT Platform Service
- Acceleronix SGP.32 eSIM service
- Acceleronix vSIM service
- Acceleronix CMP
3. Duration
The program runs until September 30, 2026.
You may use the products free of charge during this period. After the program ends, you may keep the products, but Acceleronix does not guarantee that they will remain functional or supported beyond the program's end date.
4. Your role
By joining the program, you agree to:
- Use the products in your regular activities.
- Share your experiences, feedback, and ideas with us — whether it's by replying to emails, reporting issues, or suggesting improvements. Formal reports are recommended but not required.
- Stay connected through the Beta Program mailing list, where we will send you guidance documents, updates, and news.
- Acknowledge that Acceleronix may contact you when necessary in relation to your participation in the Beta Program.
- You are welcome to share publicly that you are part of the Beta Program.
5. Our role
Acceleronix will:
- Provide you with the products after the training.
- Offer guidance, support documents, and updates through the mailing list.
- Listen to your feedback and use it to improve our products.
- Continue to improve and expand the products during the program.
6. Data and privacy
Using the products may generate data. We handle all data in compliance with the GDPR and other applicable EMEA regulations. Data is used only to improve our products and services.
7. Important note
The products you receive are part of a Beta Program. This means:
- Some features may not be final and may change.
- There may be bugs or technical issues.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Ownership and feedback
All products and related intellectual property belong to Acceleronix.
Any feedback or suggestions you share with us may be freely used by Acceleronix to improve our products, without obligation of payment.
9. Leaving the program
You may leave the Beta Program at any time by letting us know.
Acceleronix may also end the program, or your participation, at any time if needed.
By joining the Beta Program, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
